7. Font licensing

Font Detector identifies fonts but does not provide font files or licenses. You are responsible for obtaining the appropriate license for every font you use. Free identification does not mean that a font is free to use commercially. Check licensing terms with the foundry or distributor before using an identified font in a project.

8. Intellectual property
