Important: Font identification results are generated by AI algorithms and provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, font detection may vary based on image quality, text clarity, font variations, and database availability. Results should be verified before use. Font Detector does not guarantee 100% accuracy in all cases. Always verify font licensing and usage rights before using identified fonts in commercial projects.

7. Font Licensing

Critical Notice: Font Detector identifies fonts but does NOT provide font files or licenses. Users are solely responsible for obtaining proper licenses for any fonts they use. Many fonts require purchase or licensing for commercial use. Free identification does not mean free usage. Always check font licensing terms with the font foundry or distributor before using any identified font in your projects.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, algorithms, and materials provided by Font Detector are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service. Font names, designs, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and foundries.
